Great question! The first step is to reach out to us for an absolutely free initial consultation! We will send you our contract if you decide we are a good fit. Once you sign and return that to us with your initial deposit, we will initiate your contract and begin our work!
We do offer a partial refund policy that is laid out in detail in our contracts depending on the type of package you sign up for. Refunds are dependent on when the cancellation is made as well as the remaining balance to be paid. All details of our cancellation policy will be verbally shared with and reviewed by the client before the contract is executed.
Yes! Our goal is to make this process as stress free as possible. Past the initial deposit to retain our services, we will work with you to make payments in monthly installments leading up to your event.
