• Begin planning 30 days prior to the event.

Event Coordination and Management:

• Three meetings for detailed planning:
  • Pre-wedding consultation
  • Venue walk-through
  • Flexible meeting for your needs
• Develop a detailed event timeline for vendors and wedding party
• Assist with tracking RSVP list

Open communication

• Unlimited contact via phone, text, and email.

Vendor Management:

• Provide vendor recommendations and review possible vendors
• Coordinate with vendors for setup and breakdown
• Collect and organize all vendor details
• Follow up with vendors to confirm details and logistics.

The Day of:

• Two professional consultants dedicated to oversee the entire wedding day
• Handle all day-of communications and inquiries
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Handle day-of event schedule and coordination
• Full use of our "Emergency Kit" for the couple and wedding party
• Transport all wedding gifts from gift table to designated on-site location
• Manage the delivery of vendor gratuities/thank you cards to all vendors
• Ensure the venue is cleaned to venue specifications and requirements.
