Event Coordination and Management:

• Unlimited client/planner meetings
• Discuss your unique wedding vision and goals.
• Create a budget and planning timeline
• Assist with obtaining any permits or licenses needed for the event
• Assist with crafting seating chart and music selection
• Assist with design, pick up, and delivery of invitations
• Develop a detailed event timeline for vendors and wedding party
• Create and maintain guest lists
• Invitations and RSVP tracking
• Manage detailed itemized list of rentals, event supplies, & decor

Decor and Design:

• Develop a theme or concept for the event
• Source and rent decor elements (tablecloths, centerpieces, lighting)
• Attend rental meeting to assist with selection of rentals and decor

Vendor Management:

• Research and screen all vendors to meet your expectations and budget
• Schedule and attend all vendor meetings with client
• Review and keep all vendor contracts on file on your behalf
• Manage vendor relationships and communications
• Provide vendor recommendations and review possible vendors
• Coordinate with vendors for setup and breakdown
• Collect and organize all vendor details

Catering and Beverage Services:

• Customize menus based on dietary restrictions and preferences
• Arrange bar services (open bar, cash bar, ticket bar)

The Day of:

• Two professional consultants dedicated to oversee the entire wedding day
• Handle all day-of communications and inquiries
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Handle day-of event schedule and coordination
• Full use of our "Emergency Kit" for the couple and wedding party
• Transport all wedding gifts from gift table to designated on-site location
• Manage the delivery of vendor tips/thank you cards to all vendors
• Ensure the venue is cleaned to venue specifications and requirements.
